Do I need to change the QR code/NFC Devices if the menu has changed?
No you don't need to change the devices. The devices are connected to the software, feel free to change anything, anytime.
Will the menu look the same as PDF menus?
No, PDF menus are not user friendly, because they're meant to be printed.
Our menu is user/mobile friendly with images for every item and easy to navigate flow.
In which countries do Tapfoodz work?
We work anywhere, no matter what, however, if you're located outside Egypt, contact us to arrange everything.
How do I pay for your service?
Our service is mixture between subscription and one-time payment.
You pay setup fees for Hardware devices (NFC & QR Codes) and then a monthly payment for using the software.
How long are your subscriptions? Can I change plans?
Our subscription best model is 2 year contract, but you have the freedom of cancellation at anytime. (extra fees may apply).
You can change the plan or upgrade anytime.
How can I cancel my subscription?
